GENERAL SHIPPING FEES
All shipments originate from Hawaii. For domestic shipments within the
U.S., please allow 7-10 business days from date of shipment for delivery.
All deliveries made to a post office box will be shipped via United States
Postal Service Priority Mail. Express service (3-5 day delivery) is available
for domestic shipments by adding $10.00 to the shipping rates published
here.
- Orders up to $100.00, add $9.50
- Orders from $100.01 up to $200.00 add $19.00
- Orders of $200.01 and up have FREE SHIPPING

SALES TAX |

| Hawaii has a General Excise Tax (GET) of 4% for consumer sales with delivery
points in Hawaii. |

RETURN POLICY |
|
All defects and shipping damages must be reported to us within 48 hours
of receipt of goods. Failure to do so shall constitute acceptance. We will
not consider any claims or returns made after 7 days from date of invoice.
We hope you enjoy your Lani Mala'ela'e purchase. If you are not satisfied
with your purchase please notify us and we will instruct you on how to
return it. You may return any item for any reason within 7 days of receipt.
Upon receipt of your return, you will be credited a full refund for the
cost of your item. We do not refund the shipping cost. |
